  • Take the State Exam

Computer-based Testing

Test will be taken in Wilsonville, four days a week Tuesday through Saturday - Eugene and Medford three days a week - Baker City and Bend two days a week.
Some testing centers will be offering evening sessions. All centers will be open on Saturdays.

Call the Real Estate Agency to register for the exam. You will receive an eligibility letter together with directions to the testing site. You may sit for the exam anytime within one year of receiving the eligibility letter from the Real Estate Agency.

The test is in two sections - National and State
National is 150 questions with a time allotment of three hours.
State is 50 questions with a time allotment of two hours.

  • Completed background check

Fee for a background check is $20 and will be done by the state police.

Background checks are required for anyone who applies for a license for the first time or who must re-qualify for a license because of an Oregon license expired for longer than one year.

  • Post-license training

We have a very comprehensive training program for our licensees.

It is our goal to provide our new agents with the finest in tools and education to make them successful quickly so they can see a value in their new career in the least amount of time.

Some companies may tell you they will refund your tuition if you affiliate with their company. While that is a pleasant thought, we at Prudential Real Estate Professionals would like to give you the capability of earning four (4) times that amount with a sale within the first couple months of activating your license. You do the math!
